DESCRIPTION AND PHYSICAL CONDITION OF BOOKS
We try to be very careful about accurate descriptions of listed books. Unless otherwise described, all books are in very good or better antiquarian condition. Private bookplates and former owners’ signatures are not generally noted. Clean copies from libraries or other institutional collections are always noted as “ex libris,” which will signify the presence of former library stamps, card pockets, or call numbers in any combination. They will, however, always be internally clean, unless noted to the contrary. Books may be returned within five days of receipt for any reason. We would appreciate advance notification of any returned books, which must be shipped back postpaid and insured.
