We provide collection development assistance for libraries and individuals worldwide, and we undertake professional appraisals of books and libraries for tax or insurance purposes. Owner Michael Hackenberg holds a Ph.D. in the history of the book and libraries from the University of California at Berkeley, and has been involved in scholarly bookselling since 1981. He is an active member of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America (ABAA) and of the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB).
