Bookrate postage is free on all domestic pre-paid orders in the United States. Postage will be charged on all orders with deferred payment. Postage will be charged on all foreign orders. Libraries and institutions may be billed according to their special needs. All California residents will be billed 8.25% state sales tax. We highly recommend orders or reservations by telephone, FAX, or e-mail!! You may pay by credit card, check, or money order. We accept VISA and MasterCard as payment, but do include your name as it appears on the card, the card number and expiration date, and your telephone number. Foreign customers may remit in U.S. dollars via VISA or MasterCard, a check drawn upon a U.S.-based bank, or an international postal money order.
