Fully dated 25 Feb. 1929. Escala: 1:5000 m. Single printed photogravure sheet on stiff paper, with printed border dimensions of 63.5 x 50.8 cm. The sheet has a two-inch extension beyond the map border (the lower half of the left margin is trimmed away up to the border line; the upper half of the left margin has three reinforced holes where the map was apparently hung). The entire sheet folded twice. Nice urban map of this town in the state of Guanajuato, which was establihsed in 1547 and whose population in 1929 totalled 53,000 inhabitants. Includes street and neighborhood layouts, with churches, hotels, railroads, etc. identified. Manuscript notes in the lower margin identify commerial offices and shop, which are also identified with colored circles on the map itself. Small stamp on the reverse for the photogravure printer Horry Choperena, Sucr., in Mexico City.
