Colophon: "...and published by Langworthy & Stevens at The Blue Sky Press, 4732 Kenwood Avenue, Chicago. Complete in October, 1902. Of this edition five hundred copies have printed, this being number [344. L.]" On a front blank endpaper, an ink inscrption for "My Dear Ned" and signed by Ernest Wray Oneal, Christmas, 1902. Onel also had the author sign the leaf on the lower edge. Oneal (1863-1934) was a Midwestern Chautauqua lecturer and Methodis minister in the Chicago area.
